The Latest from Trade Shutters during Covid-19
Good news, as of the 20th March, we are the first and only shutter company in the UK that has received deliveries and we have more on their way.
We ask that you do not call the office at this time for updates – we are working with skeleton staff during the Covid-19 crisis and many are working from home. We promise to be in contact with you shortly regarding your order. We are simply updating you to let you know we have containers arriving and if your order is not with us already, it will be soon.
We understand you may have questions surrounding delivery and your order but we please ask for your patience whilst we process our incoming containers. Our team are working extremely hard to get everything out to you.

FAQs
How will I know if my order has arrived?
- We are currently working through all of the deliveries arriving to us and from there we will be contacting customers with a delivery or collection date. Please do bear in mind that due to increased traffic on our phone lines, we, unfortunately, cannot confirm that your order has arrived over the phone.
When can I expect to receive a delivery/collection date?
- We promise to call/email you to offer you a delivery or collection date once your order has arrived to the warehouse and has been processed by our team.
